ForVue

A software-only intelligence platform for multifamily real estate, built on a patent-pending Weibull-Bayesian failure model that learns from operator data over time. ForVue surfaces three categories of output for the same underlying portfolio: predictive maintenance (failure probability scoring across appliances and major systems), deal-analyzer outputs (for evaluating new acquisitions against operator data already in the system), and NOI-optimizer outputs (for assets in operation). Each becomes more accurate as more user data is fed back into the model. Three product surfaces: an operator subscription priced per unit per month, a Bank Origination Report priced per property for lenders evaluating multifamily collateral, and an enrollment product for insurance carriers. USPTO Application #64/032,704 is pending. ForVue holds Veteran-Owned Small Business designation.

Before any of it

U.S. Navy. 2008–2014.

The work above sits on top of six years as a Special Warfare Combat Crewman in the U.S. Navy — Class 61, Team 22, multiple overseas deployments under Naval Special Warfare Command. SWCC operators run the boats that insert and extract Naval Special Warfare units. The job teaches you how to make decisions when the data is incomplete, build systems that hold up when conditions are at their worst, and lead small teams without a manual. Every company on this page operates on those principles.
