ForVue is operated by Wise Capital, LLC. References to "patent pending" relate to U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Application No. 64/032,704. ForVue holds Veteran-Owned Small Business designation under the relevant federal program at the time of publication.

ForVue surfaces three categories of analytical output for multifamily real estate: predictive maintenance (failure-probability scoring for appliances and major systems), deal-analyzer outputs (acquisition evaluation against operator data already in the system), and NOI-optimizer outputs (operating-asset performance). The underlying model is Weibull-Bayesian with continuous updating; output accuracy is a function of the volume and quality of operator data fed into the model and is expected to improve over time as the data set grows. Specific performance characteristics, calibration methodology, and confidence intervals are described in product documentation maintained at forvue.io and in technical materials available to customers under written agreement.
